Met de Huddart wordt de huisstijl van Old Pulteney aangevuld met een rokerig randje. Voor deze whisky worden second fill Bourbon vaten gebruikt om te rijpen en hierna wordt de whisky gefinisht op vaten waar eerst rokerige whisky op is gelagerd.
